terrorists are not muslims.. nor vice versa.. people who seem suspicious and act in a very unnatural manner can be checked..
and the police cannot ensure and need not ensure that the religionwise proportions be maintained when they do raids.. i do not see a question of religion here at all.. anybody who seems suspicious is liable to be checked UNTIL all doubts are cleared.. and even for me, the above case seems very suspicious..
