1) i would definitely agree that cities outside kerala have been able to generate more employment, but they are not close to being as progressive as kerala, in anything else
in order to get a better understanding of the myths abt Kerala, it's better that u go through the debates on 'Kerala MOdel of Develpment", rather i waisting my time. 2) but on the other hand, the kerala society is much more sensitive to societal matters.. and public debates tend to be more on matters which matter, rather than things like above.. for this part, i would request u to go through Dalit/Adivasis/gender issues. How far is Kerala sensitive to these issues? 3) to understand kerala POLICE , just read newspapers and watch tv channels from emergency days, ISRO espionage case (u can see how imagnative kerala police r), encounter killings, custodial deaths, thankamai rape case, sexual harrasment cases, Muthanga, atrocities against Dalits/adivasis, MOral policiing, etc etc Kerala police is no differnt. 4) i m not getting away. i have answers. but if u r not in a position to get my point (sorry dont misunderstand me). what i mean to say is that i m least intersted in the 'My dad strongest" kind of debate.
