The question needs to be taken seriously. Recently,i saw some comments on New social movements by Nizar ahammad. He pointed out that activists of the new social movements of kerala performing themselves.Performance-one of the most important word of the neo-liberalism.Actually,this is the exact definition of neo-liberal subject. Each and every activist is working for himself and for his career.Activists are not realising that how they are becoming the part of neo-liberalism. IIM ahamadabad is preparing a new bonus scheme for workers.Bonus rate is calculating on the basis of individual performance of the workers. In india, what we are facing are the total collapses of welfare measurs of workers. They are trying to taping the perfromance of the worker. This is for isolating the worker. The very limited incentives of indian workers will loose.no doubt,They are on the verge of aggressive cartel of anxiety which kills the solidarity of worker.New trade union movement has to confront this neo-liberal policy impact very seriously. For eg.late arvind n das and prof.jan breman wrote about the pathetic reality of these productive workers.Every body is becoming the victims of neo-liberalism. --- ahmed rafeek j <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
