Let me quote two significant revelations made by Madani in his speach. A judge who denied bail to Madani gave this reason for it. " Bomb culture is inherent in him . He lost his leg thus" ... Hindutwa attack dismembered him and precisely that is used as 'evidence' for labeling him a 'terrorist'!!!!
Later on when his advocates argued for human rights to him, the same judge declared: "Human rights are humans". While Basha, first convist was allowed parole , Madani spent nine and a half years in Jail without coming out even for once. For four years, he was not allowed to have visitors .
