I think this is not such a good idea to try to pull the sources in
TeXLive now, let's stick with 4.1. It really seems safer, and the
luatex+luaotfload release is already really heavy, I'm not sure they
want extra work now...

I don't think any big project tried 4.2 yet, so I think it's a bit
early... It should happen soon though.
