My one concern is that our fixes for TeXLive 2016 compatibility are going to appear in 4.2. If people are going to be able to use GregorioTeX out of the box when downloading TeXLive 2016, they will need at least the 4.2 TeX files (they will work with the 4.1 command line tool).
