GHA with the plist, and GHA will exit shortly after if Growl is

That plus auto registration pretty much make this an obsolete
preference.
Auto-registration will not happen if Growl isn't running.
What I was thinking of is the fact that autoreg picks up registrations
initially on startup. However, maybe I'm wrong there. I wonder what
the time difference is between startup of gha and when autodetection
kicks in.
In any case, we've so far had no solid case for keeping it yet. I'l
file a ticket for removal shortly if nobody has any other comments by
