Google would have told you what a disk image is. It's a standard storage 
format, i.e. .DMG.

What's frustrating? Our uninstaller is pretty easy to use, and once you find it 
and download it, that should be the end of this. Plus, I responded to you very 
shortly after you sent the email out asking the question, so in my mind this is 
all pretty much easy for you.
