Did you check on the VA DOT web site to see if they have any rules about
sticker placement?

Phil,
    I'll have to check on where the stickers have to be, but I'm guessing
they have to be at the front.  On cars, they have to be on the front center
of the windshield.  I've only ever seen them on the front of other bikes,
too.
