Welcome, here in NC we have the NC inspection sticker. Andy Perry told you
where his is located and also Kevin, mine is located under the headlight on
the plastic under the headlight. My dealer says that's where they put them
on Goldwings and they didn't want to ugly the bike up. I know of no NC
regulation requiring it to be visible from the road, just visible on the
bike which it is if you look for it. Might want to check with VA DMV though
to save some hassles, but I've never been pulled over or quized about it by
law enforcement. BTW my dealer said if anyone gave me a hard time about it
to tell them that since the motorcycle dealer has to inspect it (can't be
done by car inspection places) that THEY determine where the sticker goes on
