I live in MD, but close to Virginia, and worked in VA for many years. The
stickers are very unsightly and garish, but since I live in MD I could tell
the dealers not to bother. Most people either put them on the front forks,
or make a plate to bolt under the lic. tag. Not sure if the later solution
is OK under the regulations, but it happens anyhow.

Geesh, is the state of Virginia that strict? You really have to put
stickers
that large on bikes AND cars?

Living here in Western Canada, I can't say as I have seen a vehicle from
Virginia, but that seems like excessive overkill to me.

What is the matter with making all of the info needed, in a form that can be
applied to the plate? Seems logical to me, oh wait.....we are talking about
the
government here...ok I will shut up now!

Two stickers 2" x 1 1/2" for a bike and whatever is placed on the windshield
of
a car - GOOD GOD MAN................
