Just two questions Hugh , when you pull up behind cars at night does your
headlight turn the inside of their car into daylight , completely blinding
the car driver so he can't use his rear view mirrors ?
and when you drive down an unlit road a car coming the other way , they see
that you have your high beam on , do they then turn on their high beam and
completely blind you ?
This is what would happen over here if we tried to drive
around with our high beam on .
