Dave, and I thought it was only me. So many times I said to myself
"alright!! I fixed this silly thing" only to have it buck and jurk like a $3
w@#%when I got on'er the next day. I still maintain it has to do with
altitude, i.e amount of available oxygen. Flat land GTSers don't seem to
complain as much about surging so, I say lets take a pole and compile the
data for prosterity. It may help steer us toward the right direction. Here's
a begining, please pitch in with additions to this, it's way too early to
think conclusively. The last two items are for those of you who have the
means or desire to work further.

Surging RPM: 2.5K and 4K (worst at 4K, it's present cold or hot)
Surging 1-10 [1 never happens, 5 it's noticeable but rideable and 10 this
thing is a danger to my well being]: 5
ECU turn pots: All pots at 5 o'clock possition
Deceleration cut off: Mine shuts down at red lights but only while cold i.e.
first 5 minutes of riding
TPS voltage: 6.5Volts
CO reading: 3% at the exhaust (I could not do the individual readings)
