.......view of remote The main unit would not work well mounted under the seat. It be mounted without a lot metal in in it's line of sight to the radar. The frame would be a problem and the height would work against you. It could be mounted in the front plastic and sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from the weather. Even the remote needs some protection from the weather. The little phone plug connecters used to power it and the cases are not water proof or even weather proof. I have had to return mine for a rebuild because of internal corrosion caused by water getting into it. They fixed it for free but it was still an inconvenience.
