Yes, the oil light on my '94 is quite the anoyance. It generally comes on
when the oil level is exacty between min/max level in the sight glass. I try
to ignore it, but it's just not possible. I know in my mind the oil level is
fine. But, but, but...the light is on. It must be low! Must fill Must fill!
And so, I usually give in and fill it back to the top of the sight
glass.Sometimes I'll pull in the clutch and coast for a bit and the light
will go off and maybe even stay off for a few miles. It always comes back on
though, just to f'k with my head until I can't take it anymore.
Anybody on the list capable of creating a snooze button I could wire in to
my oil light? I'd pay$$$$ . Heh , heh. Maybe if you could make it so the
light won't come on for another 100 miles when you hit the snooze?
