Translators can take freedom/creativity e.g. when Alice and Bob get
renamed to HanMeimei and LiHua and they are no longer brother and sister
in “info guix.zh_CN” section 11.7.

The LLMs don’t do this.  It us not urgent to remove the low-quality slop
in guix-cookbook.es from the guix repo on the legal side.  The current
approach matches online legal advice.

Therefore I will support GCD 008 but not remove guix-cookbook.es.  If my
interpretation is wrong and we would later be convinced to need to remove
language translation files, then I willingly do.
