Chapter 8 is more propaganda. Chapter 9 again got some meat.
This piecemeal reading makes one appreciate how Heinlein mixed
his lessons with action sequences ...

* Dropping on Luna works on suit jets alone, i.e. they are not 
  air-breathing.
