A mobility killed mech is no less effective than a mobility kill tank. Why 
should it be?

Apparently this is not a problem for humans with skis or snowshoes. i see no 
reason for it to be a problem with a mech.

If you need them over most of the planet, the you'll be wearing them over most 
of the planet.
