As in one of Asimovs short stories, wings would be effectively useless in a 0G enviorenment, his idea was to use a costume to allow movement like dolphins where the whole body gets exercise, it would require strength and a lot of agility, the legs woulg get plenty of exercise through propulsion and the rest of the body would be exercised using fine motor skills to maeuvre via the three fins. A race through hoops and other obstacles would put a lot of people at their limits or even something akin to soccer.
