Yes, eventually.

Haven't designed them yet (I'll probably just tweak the US suits), but DR will 
probably be similar.

Atlanteans are TL 10, with some TL 12. Martians are TL 9 with bioengineering 
being a bit more advanced.

FWIW, only three legged vehicles have appeared in the campaign:

* a prototype exoskeleton demonstrated to the PCs in December 1941 (weird 
science, no alien help)
* a large German robotic 'spider' armed with MGs and a flamethrower (certainly 
some Martian help, but no idea how much)
* clockwork golem guardians in Palestine controlled by minor spirits bound to 
them. Designer(s) unknown.

I don't need it right now, but I'll keep that in mind.

I did design a couple of German tilt-wing designs a few weeks ago. Here's the
