Who controls > Mali > and Tibet? Maybe the drive to Iran wasn't just about oil. The Allies are in control of the gates in Ireland and New Caledonia. The gate in Brazil is technically in American hands right now, but still well in Brazilian territory. The Mali gate is controlled by the Vichy French, but that can be assumed to mean German control. No one appears to control the gate i Tibet yet. As the PCs have discovered in Brazil, a gate can be deactivated, moved, and then reactivated.
