Hm... part of the in-setting process for being able to use the 'taur prosthetic involved an unspecified number of hours using various techniques to reprogram her brain to be able to handle the unusual sensory and motor impulses required - which would seem to make it closer to a points-based removable part than a vehicle. Now there's a thought; use Vehicles to generate a set of stats for the 'taur chassis, and then use /those/ stats as the 'source material' for the point-based part of the character sheet. If that's how I go, then I suppose I should dig up 4e's rules on alternate forms, as Onno mentioned.
