Thanks. If I got the math right, that would mean each "hex" equals
some 93.5 cf, while the Vehicles component is 4,000 lbs. and 80 cf.

I could play it safe by assuming 40' by 10' by 10' containers, and
use a 60-hex teleport projector. It takes ten seconds to transport
a container from the hold to the platform, and another ten seconds
to send it to the ground, or vice versa. Each projector could
unload and reload 90 containers per hour. With the usual 20 lbs.
per cf, I get 3,600 tons per teleport projector per hour.

The 60-hex projector is $300M, which is a significant increase in
the total cost. Mount it in the ship or keep it in port? Teleport
projectors in ships will sit idle most of the travel time, but
they are always available, even in frontier ports.

Teleport projector stats are per hex of platform. But you could
always argue that there should be scale efficiencies, which can
be introduced by increasing height ...
