Say there is a TL13 grav tank. DR 36,000 on front, DR 11,000 on the sides, HP 4,800, PESA signature -13. Sounds impressive.
However, by the missile rules a TL13 missile can have a speed of 15,600 yards per second and 0.5 seconds endurance. The accel boggles the mind, especially if it reaches full speed within 3 yards (VE119). Seekers won't be an issue because the flight time is less than a turn. Simply program the inertial guidance with the current position of the target. Or fire an unguided rocket. Is that abusing the rules, or fair play for a space opera TL?
