The command fighter can't be much larger than the regular fighter,
because a regular fighter would already be pushing the size limit.
Slower? Bad idea. Less armor? Less armament?

When system lords visit systems outside their control, either it is 
a carefully arranged diplomatic visit or an invasion. Would they go
with the first wave or would they send their Jaffa?

In their own territory, I perhaps something more defense-minded than
the party ship? The Goa'uld have offensive fighters and defensive VIP 
transports, the humans have a little of both.

Or no pattern at all. Mankind captured one or two of this model, 
found a dozen of that in a faraway ancient base, while a system 
lord has something else.

I'm thinking about making it TL12 rather than TL11 to make force 
fields and contragrav available.
