The command fighter can't be much larger than the regular fighter, because a regular fighter would already be pushing the size limit. Slower? Bad idea. Less armor? Less armament? > In what vehicle will the typical system lord travel? Something like the > party vehicle, but with cushier seats and a mini bar? When system lords visit systems outside their control, either it is a carefully arranged diplomatic visit or an invasion. Would they go with the first wave or would they send their Jaffa? In their own territory, I perhaps something more defense-minded than the party ship? The Goa'uld have offensive fighters and defensive VIP transports, the humans have a little of both. > Who has what craft would depend on where they come from. Or no pattern at all. Mankind captured one or two of this model, found a dozen of that in a faraway ancient base, while a system lord has something else. I'm thinking about making it TL12 rather than TL11 to make force fields and contragrav available.
