Brandon had battlesuits with disposable SAM or ATGM launchers in his TL8
platoon. I'm wondering if my TL10 company needs something like that, too.

* Are a few medium-sized missiles useful at this TL? I'm thinking about
300 or 400 lbs. total, perhaps two 150-lb. missiles or four 100-lb.
missiles. Can one or two suits saturate the point defense of a high
value target or do you need MUCH more?

So far my "line" suits have six 6-lb. anti-battlesuit missiles each.
What I'm thinking about now is a completely different league.

* By TL10, suits have to be stealthy. I want internal mounts to protect
the missiles from sensors. How and where do you mount them?

In the body facing forward, a bit like a Battletech Elemental.
Drawbacks: There is a limit how long each missile can be. The missiles
probably have to go into separate launchers, which costs extra weight
  compared to a multi-tube launcher.

In pods on the shoulders. This differs mostly in look-and-feel and
  in bookkeeping.

In the body or a pod facing upward. First the launcher ejects the
missile upwards, then it accelerates in the right direction.
Brawbacks: Hard to use in enclosed spaces. It probably needs a
brilliant seeker and an extra turn to detect the target.

One or more tubes in each arm, with a look and feel like an
"underbarrel" launcher under the forearm. Drawback: That feels
  like a secondary weapon.

* What kind of warhead against a TL10 tank and/or dropship?

Regards,
Onno
