At TL10, air targets will be tougher than today. How much tougher?

Gaming TL10 point defense in one-second turns may be technically
correct, but it is also unrealistic. In such cases I try not to
(ab)use the loophole too much.

Either that, or I balance two loopholes by walking the burst at
RoF 16* or 100*.

It might not do enough raw damage to score a kill. APEX will have
better after-armor effects, but it will be hard to get it through.
