Unfortchenetly I didn't pay for an upgrade nor an SMA because my parents
think that that deal is not a good deal and that it is a discusting deal.

You need not reinstall version 7.0 from the CD if you already upgraded to
version 7 since the software is the same. If you want to listen to the
tutorial or perform anuninstall or read the manual, youcan certainly do so
from the CD. Again, the Window-Eyes software itself is the same.

You're half right. The CD contains the full install, plus the upgrade
install. While the download is only the upgrade install.

They're usually sent out soon after you've downloaded the upgrade.

instead of just the upgrade.
