Well, my experience in calling GW tech support has been positive in all respects. No problems and no complaints about it.

I have been reading a long discussion of directions for future versions of WE and tech support , etc. I am more than willing to spend the money to talk to the experts. Last time I called, I was told "we can not duplicate your problem"... After several weeks of frustration, I un-installed Window Eyes and installed the chief competitor and it has worked perfectly. Same computer, same person doing the installation, so go figure. I received no suggestions nor encouragement from Mike to help me install WE on a new HP notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium. I see that Jim and others seem to be able to implement nearly all of the features, but for those of us who are not programmers and have no desire to be programmers, it can get very frustrating. I am an appliance operator and my appliance is not working as advertised. I won't waste the money calling tech support again. thanks Sincerely yours, Bob Hicks, The Seeing Hand Association, Inc. <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 304-232-4810 If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
