Hi Cindy, Yes, it does thanks (as do all the replies, so thanks to all who wrote).
I'm sure that things are continually improving, and that's why people here aren't finding the problems reported by some reviewers. It's also tough to actually quantify their remarks such as (this isn't a powerful laptop, but it's not meant to be", or some such. It's hard to know if they really mean the keyboard and screen, or the system performance. None of them that I've read a review of have been running vista; if they had been, I might have been given a user experience score (or whatever it's called; it's a number that represents the over-all responsiveness of a system under vista, and is supposed to help you compare systems). I had wanted to buy something I could wear on my belt, with a headset, which took speech commands and gave speech output, but left hands free.
