Dave, Are you saying that bumping up the "preamp" setting still leaves the RFBD book volume at low volume? The level must be very low indeed for that to be the case and I wonder if the Stream could even deal with levels that low, unless there are variations in units and upgrades. I am assuming you have played with the preamp settings.
