Well, for me personally I've been very satisfied, much more so with GW Micro than with the other big screenreader list out there. I see posts from GW staff on a daily basis answering questions people have raised. As for your treatment of other list members, I've always said that the best way to handle that is to take it to private email. That's most likely why when you reply initially to a message it gets sent to the original sender of the message, and not the entire list. In order to reply to the entire list you have to change the email address. If you're not satisfied with GW Micro as a whole, remember you have lots of other choices. JAWS, NVDA, hal/supernova, System Access from Serotek, and if you're a mac enthusiast, there's VoiceOver. But as I said I'm extremely satisfied with GW Micro, they've always been courteous to me on the phone, and when I have a question it's always answered pretty quickly. That's how it should be.

If your reply would benefit others on the list and your message is related to
GW Micro, then please consider sending your message to [email protected] so
the entire list will receive it.
