They do have other things to do than just monitoring this list.  We also don't 
know what might be going on in  their personal lives.     
Problems of  their own.

I must comment on this thread.

I feel that the quality of the technical support from the loving GW Micro is 
totally excellent! I really mean that, too. I have also seen emails from staff 
members on the weekends, and even after hours on the week nights.

They put up with a lot. They are patient, kind, extremely helpful, and 
knowledgeable, and most of all, they are loving!

I can't say enough good things about GW Micro, and the loving Window-Eyes.

They care about their dealers, too.

I have personally met some of the staff in 1995. They are fun to be around, and 
they are excellent hosts and hostesses.

I absolutely love everyone at GW Micro, and they know it, too.

Thank You, GW Micro Staff for everything you have given us, and everything you 
have done for us.
