I also have experienced exceptional support from the GW team. They've gone far beyond what I've expected in order to do things I truly needed. They're remarkable. WE and GW's support keep me employed in a job where using Word, Excel and Outlook are crucial.

I've seen GW staff answer questions on weekends as well, which floored me because, well ok I'm a grad student I don't really get a break, but doing a tech support gig on the weekends really, that's service to me of the highest quality. To me that's a very good sign that the company really cares about their users. I've worked with the staff through several issues over several years and haven't had a bad experience to speak of. Have some issues been unresolvable? Yes. But that's how technology is. So in the words of whoever said the following line first, ya just can't please all of the people all the time. Dave C.
