Well, I am a faithful follower of the list and find that questions are answered
on a regular basis, I've even seen the owner Doug G. answering questions on
the weekend. If you don't get your question answered then call GWMicro and you
will get an answer quickly.

Subject: Off topic - commentary on GW-Micro's e-mail support list

To off list itnerested GW-Micro users,
Dosn't seem like just like six months to a year ago that more
answers on the [email protected] genral discussion list were being
answered? It appears like daily issues are being raised without any
answers. I'm just making sure that I'm not the only one with these
concerns. Maybe GW-Micro has gotten to big to concern itself with its
prestene reutation of customer service. Its bound to happen despite
what any company says. For example, Cable, tech and other services are
outsourcing services to thirdc world countries like Indi,China, etc.
Similar to any company in any country despite what companies say in
the contrary. Yes, I realize that there is an extensive archive online
and a frquently asked question area as well as the Window-Eys manual.
Some people will fire back at me for a wrongly held notion that I have
a negatve image of GW-Micro which isn't the case. Howev er, on this
list if your not bowing or co towing to them you are considered either
alien, incompetent or out of touch with the up-to-date technology.
Anyways, the responses will be interesting to say the least. I'm
also interested in why GW-Micro didn't rebuke someone on this list for
using profainity against me like a week ago. I merely posted an
enquiry into the Tea Party Express inaccessible site and Dave Bahr
fired mke with deragatory statements not flattering to say the last.
However, whenI mention my opposition to organized religio that I'm
chastyized by Aaaron and others on the list. IOxymoron or double
standardard anybody? Neither of these is right on this list just seein
contridictions in even handed dicipliine. By the way, I won't respond
to Dave Bahr either. Anothr thing isthat I sent an e-mail to
[email protected] about my recent issue wihout any response at all
not even an acknowledgement of my e-mail. I also don't post on this
list thhat much except for latey. Thank you guys for you opinions
because perhaps we canget somebodies attention in the office that
something has gone awyre in customer service for the last six months
or so.
sincerely,
Peter
