Thanks to everyone who helped me find where the emergency removal tool is
located. I decided to heed the several warnings list members gave and
uninstalled WE again from add remove programs in the Windows control panel.
I'll try another install tomorrow.

I greatly appreciate everyone's patience.

When I insert the CD, the installation starts. I press x to stop it since I
want the emergency removal tool. I'm not finding anything about advanced
options when I explore the CD. Could someone please tell me where this
emergency removal tool is? There was only one CD in the cardboard folder.

Thanks,

Margaret

You can remove it in Add or Remove Programs or you can insert the CD,
click the advanced options button and click Window-Eyes Emergency Removal.
