What a nice concept. But one based on unrealistic thinking. The
programmers work 5 days a week, week in week out, month by month. They
too have bills to pay. Should we expect them to forfeit some of that
income so long term users could get free upgrades?
Yeah its expensive keeping up. Its also expensive for people who
work to keep up with their expenses too. Which has only become much
worse over the last 4-5 years. What is interesting is that for most
people their incomes went down a few points while Congressional members
saw theirs rise an average of 15%. Maybe we could get them rich folk to
pay for our upgrades.

Sometime later this month I will have been a GW software user for 15 years.
Suspect that there are not many users longer than that.
I have been a loyal user of GW products and have purchased all original
software and upgrades from my own resources.
I believe that for long-term users of the product we sould be offered
upgrades free of charge as I believe that I have probably spent several
times the cost of the original software over the years.
What do other long-term users think?
