Science Fiction. And to think my Voc Rehab counsellor has been making none

Hello to all. I too have been with GW since 1993 and yes spent a lot of
money to stay up to date, but I really feel that it has been worth every
penny spent. Not only has GW produced a great product but has support
second to none. I have never delt with another company who cares more
about their clients than GW. I don't think you will find another company
who would give their clients such an offer as free upgrades for loyalty.
Though I have a fixed income I feel that staying up to date with GW and
windoweyes I budget for those upgrades. Though I have been with GW for
almost 15 years I do not feel that I am entitled to get it for little or
nothing. The folks at GW have families, andexspenses and work very hard
to produce a great product, and give those of us who need tech support the
support we need. We too need to support them.

Suspect that there are not many users longer than that.
I have been a loyal user of GW products and have purchased all original
software and upgrades from my own resources.
I believe that for long-term users of the product we sould be offered
upgrades free of charge as I believe that I have probably spent several
times the cost of the original software over the years.
What do other long-term users think?
