The issue of refreshing on the net is something that I see frequently but I
think the problem is the rampant use of flash.

Unless I'm not understanding something about flash and what it's used for,
my opinion is that it doesn't need to be used.

What is NVDA? Hope it's not a stupid question. I also have problems with
