Irrespective of the fact that you find NVDA seems to work better, have
you considered the possibility that it is in fact the Internet that is
become such a beast that it takes a great deal to overcome its rampant
lack of standards? Even for low vision users, the Internet is a bear.
So if NVDA is so wonderful, why are you not using it full time?

many issues on the internet.
I hope that for those of us who feel unable to continue with an sma at
present, there will be a chance to upgrade again at a reasonable cost if
window-eyes can return to the quality product that us old-time users are
used to.
Just thinking aloud and as a final thought, bearing in mind how far nvda
seems to have come in its short life, could it be time to consider
making window-eyes open source so that it can get the development it
needs to keep up with the changing technologies.
Hope noone has been offended by any of this but having spent the evening
trying to navigate my online banking site, I needed to let off some steam.
