I thought about this, and tried it on Facebook's regular, non-mobile version with IE 8 in Windows XP. I think it was because of the Fieldset issue, but perhaps it's something else. At several places, while reading people's status messages using down arrow in Browse mode, I would encounter places where Window-Eyes would say "context menu" but not be able to read any menu items. To get off the context menu locations, I had to use the Tab key. Switching Browse mode off at those spots didn't elicit any more information about this. I know that Facebook is a pathological case, but torture tests like this must be done in order to see what breaks and why the defaults are currently set as they are.
