In fact it really depends if you want to follow the official FSF wording[2] or not! Following their definition, "proprietary software" means something non-free or only partially free. So, with this definition, Open Source *is* proprietary software, because it's not totally free! Following the FSF definition, I think we'd better use something like "kh?ng t? do". But... I'm not sure the FSF definition is the one most Vietnamese people want to use today...
