When my message is one paragraph long, I use top posting, my email
client recommends it, and I recommend it to people as well. When there
are more than 1 paragraph, I use inline posting.

We have been using the term "??c quy?n" for a long time since my
classmate, Tu?n Anh, started translating a few pages of gnu.org:
http://www.gnu.org/home.vi.html
We discussed a little and just use it since then, it was 1997, our
english skills were poor, but I still believe that it's the best term
because it associate that kind of software with something people,
especially Vietnamese people, doesn't like at all.
