For translation we need:
- doing basic translation from one language to the other ;
- reviewing the translation work before putting it in production ;
- allow anybody to access the final work and alert on any mistake.

It would be great to have a fully opened system, like Rosetta, but with
a validating system behind it to ensure the quality of the production
result.

About using Mantis, I think forcing people to learn a bug report system
just to correct one word or a sentence is boring and will probably make
people abandon their idea of contributing...

May be just a simple web form to search for the word/sentence to correct
and enter a new proposal (and proposer's name/email of course) would be
enough to get quick/free opinion from people and review it for
integration (or not) in the real translation system.

On my side I may have the required skill (I didn't check the complexity
yet), but I'm lacking time right now and so up to January...
