I think she is not reading emails.
I've sent her lots of email 2 or 3 months ago but she has not replied yet.

Not a takeover. All we need is write access to vi.openoffice.org
and Sun's pootle.
Please remember that: We can use any tools to translate,
but in the end, we have to upload .po files to Sun's pootle
because OpenOffice generates .sdf files, which is officially used
in OOo from Sun's pootle.
I only use Sun's pootle because it is web-based, therefore I can use it
anywhere with my browser.

No. Aijin Kim( @Korea Sun) is the maintainer of Pootle.
People at Sun/OpenOffice hates to change so I don't expect any miracle.
They will stay with pootle( 2.1RC1 is being upgraded).
