No; warranty (in every situation I've ever seen) covers the hardware. So if the printer croaks, that's warranty. If the driver gets screwed up and you bring it to me to install, then that's a charge. I've never seen software covered under a warranty. In fact, it seems to me that every EULA I've read specifically states there's no warranty.
