Hi Mahesh. I've never used the MODIS tool, but out of curiosity I checked the web site, it looks to me like what you download from those sites are either JPEG, PNG, GeoTIFF or GoogleEarth format files. None of those are HDF file formats in any way .... or maybe I'm misunderstanding the web site?
