That's what I was referring to when I mentioned a "3D-printed tool for 
making bevelled edges". For the bevelled edges, at least (though see 
subsequent post in this thread about the suitability of using the panel 
itself as a guide for a tool.) A template for cutting the diagonals in the 
panels is pretty tricky, as it's got to be as big as the panel diagonal to 
start with, and therefore at least as difficult to cut as the panel itself. 
I can't think of a good solution for this.

The best, cheapest and most versatile solution for this problem I think 
would be "a friend".

Also, note that the bevel angle for where the roof pieces join each

Yup, the walls are 60° and the roof/roof-wall joins are 30° right?
