A ¾ should be plenty long enough but you would need to measure carefully for anything smaller depending on how much you need for winding and attaching. ¾ cello strings would be very common.

The others being smaller (usually for children etc). I think the 4/4 is what you should be looking at although maybe smaller strings may be adaptable (and cheaper) but there my knowledge runs out..
