That not what i mean, CZ:CS literally made changes to the HL engine to get a greater variety of effects. The new weapons and such were added to CS 1.6 but those aren't using any engine enhancements as far as I'm aware. But the point is that we know that they said that a new SDK would be released with the new engine functions made available I was simply wondering if it would be anytime soon as this news suggests.
